Shipping Policies

We ship via Federal Express, to the continental United States and to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. While Federal Express is our carrier of choice, we may upon occasion, use a different carrier. We also ship via US Mail.Your shipping charges will remain the same regardless of the carrier.

We offer three types of shipping; Federal Express Ground, Federal Express 2nd day air, and Federal Express Overnight. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track it on the Federal Express Website, http://www.fedex.com/us/

While we offer Federal Express expedited shipping for those orders that must be sent quickly, we do not offer overnight or 2nd day for free on orders of any size. Shipping charges on any orders with expedited shipping requests will be calculated once the order has been received. Estimated rates will be calculated on your order once you choose expedited shipping. We will verify all actual rates once merchandise is prepared for shipping. That is the only time we will know actual shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval of shipping charges prior to shipment on overnight orders.

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders received prior to 12:00pm EST are generally shipped same day. We will not bill your credit card until your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Special
We currently are offering free shipping for all orders over $150.00, shipping to one address. Orders shipped for free will be shipped Federal Express Ground. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact us for those rates. Some items are excluded from our free shipping special. These items will be identified on their descriptive pages, prior to being added to the shopping cart.
