Our Privacy Policy
We will protect your privacy at all times. We will not disclose any e-mail addresses, names, telephone numbers or any other information about our customers, EVER. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone else for any purpose.
General Information
Orders are processed via a secure server which encodes your information before it is sent to us.
Orders may also be submitted via fax or over the phone by contacting customer service at the numbers listed above.
We accept the following forms of payment:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover.
Sales Tax
We are required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collect tax for all orders shipped to Pennsylvania. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania.
Shipping
We currently ship only to the continental U.S., and to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping charges for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. We do not ship internationally at this time. Generally, orders received prior to 12:00 noon EST will ship out the same day. During the holiday season, orders will ship out within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
In-store returns:
Lucky Duck Toys has a 30 day return policy on all our products. Items returned for credit must be in their original packaging, in new condition. Items that have been opened and played with are not in "resaleable" condition and therefore cannot be returned. All returns in either store must be accompanied by a receipt or a gift receipt. We do not take back any merchandise unless it has one of these types of receipts. Items presented with a gift receipt will be refunded as store credit only.
Internet Returns:
To receive a refund for an internet purchase, send the product, along with the original receipt and the reason for the return to the address below. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on returns.
Defective items may be returned for replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase. These items should be sent with the original receipt, desired disposition of the situation, and an explanation as to the problem. If the product is found to be defective, we will refund shipping charges as well as the price of the item. If a replacement is requested, we will promptly send it out once the order has been verified.
